Bayu Seto is a Partner at Living Lab Ventures & Executive Manager of the Japan Thematic Fund, driving cross-border investment and market expansion between Japan and Southeast Asia. He works with Japanese corporates, investors, startups, and public institutions on GTM, strategic partnerships, and capital deployment, positioning Indonesia as a key gateway for Japanese innovation and regional growth.

Takeshi Ebihara is Founding General Partner at Rebright Partners, VC firm invests in Seed to Series-A Startups in SE Asia and India includes Indonesian Largest IPO company Bukalapak (1st round Lead/Solo), Philipino Largest tech exit company Coins.Ph (1st round co-lead) , multiple Indian Unicorn and Soonicorns.
Ebihara has been in the industry more than decades as a venture capitalist as well as serial entrepreneur started his career at JAFCO, the largest VC/PE firm in Japan in 1994. He also founded and managed several Tech companies including Tokyo Stock-EX Listed Public Company.

Joined MUFG Bank in 2000 and experienced various positions including corporate banking and M&A advisory.
From 2024, engaged in new business development and principal investment including partnership with start-ups as Head of MUFG Business Development Office.
From 2026 April, leading investment and partnership strategy in fintech players in Asia in addition to portfolio management of Asia investees of banks and non-banks.

Neha serves as ERIA’s Senior Policy Specialist- Innovation and Inclusion.

She brings 25 years of work experience as an International Policy Specialist on fair growth specializing on the Asia region. Previously she served the United Nations for 18 years focusing on the Asia Pacific region. Some of her appointments include being UNDP’s Senior Policy Specialist and negotiator at India’s and Brazil’s G20. She negotiated the G20 leader Green Development Pact; G20 Women and Innovation instruments and especially those with a Global South and Asia focus. She also served as Senior Social Policy and Programme expert for Asia for the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office, Government of UK and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime on mandates such as green growth, climate proofing growth in urban Asia addressing gender, labour; labour migration and disaster risk financing for the Pacific Islands.

Owing to her interest and expertise in Asia, Neha founded ,‘Asianism-Retold’- an initiative to showcase development pathways from Asia where she has provided advisory to the Governments in South Asia. For this, Neha received the prestigious Asia Fellowship by Harvard University’s ASH Centre for Democratic Governance and Innovation and was also recognised by IDSA under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

Neha is an alumnus from Harvard University (Harvard Kennedy School) where she completed her Master in Public Policy.

In her spare time, Neha is a trained (Masters) Indian classical dancer and has given performance in India and the US.
