With the rapid evolution of AI technology, determining how to integrate AI into organizations and workflows—whether as a tool for operational efficiency, or as a trusted partner and “alter ego”—has become a critical issue directly tied to strategic executive decisions across all sectors. Furthermore, there is a pressing need to bridge the gap between data-driven personas and real individuals, redefine human creativity in the AI era, and discern which tasks can be delegated to AI versus what core responsibilities humans must retain.
In this session, leading experts from academia, corporate leadership, and frontline business operations will gather to explore “coexistence with AI” through multiple perspectives. Moving beyond abstract technical discussions and philosophical concepts, the panel will examine who will design a “human-centric” society and organizational framework over the next decade and how it will be achieved. The session aims to deliver practical, actionable insights that business professionals, startup founders, and AI leaders can immediately apply to their own strategic decision-making.

“Completed a doctoral program at the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, earning a Ph.D. in Engineering.
After serving at the University of Electro-Communications and Keio University, has held the current position since 2016.
Interested in technologies for augmenting the human body, human augmentation engineering, and entertainment engineering.
Recipient of several prestigious awards including TIME magazine’s “Coolest Invention of the Year,” the Young Scientists’ Award from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), and the MEXT Prize for Science and Technology (Research Category), Forum Eight Award, The 9th Hagura Award from State of the Art Technologies Expression Association.
Also serves as a board member of the Information Processing Society of Japan and a cooperating member of the Science Council of Japan.
Authored books include “The Birth of Superhumans! Humans Surpass Science Fiction” (NHK Publishing) and “Theory of JIZAI Body” (Springer), among others.”

“After working at an international consulting firm and a global internet company, he joined the Deloitte Tohmatsu Group, where he led corporate and industry support initiatives leveraging AI and advanced technologies.
He also serves as an Advisor to the Japan Deep Learning Association, Co-Lead Director of the Human-Centered AI Consortium, and Advisor to the X-Dignity Center at Keio University.
In addition, he is a member of the AI Strategy Expert Committee under the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan. ”

While studying at Tama Art University, Gomi Hayakawa founded Utsuwa Inc. and launched several direct-to-consumer brands, including feast and ILLUMINATE. She sold ILLUMINATE to Euglena Co., Ltd. in 2022. Since July 2024, she has led generative AI adoption at Mercari. She is also Representative Director of Nakayoshi Co., Ltd., working at the intersection of generative AI, real-world implementation, and creative making.

Executive Director, Kansai Assn of Corporate Executives; Director, Osaka Business Dev Agency & Expo 2025 Association.
