Anik Bose is a seasoned technology investor and corporate strategist with 20 years of experience in venture capital and corporate development. He currently serves as a Managing Partner at BGV, an early-stage VC firm that has invested in AI-native startups since 2016. Anik also founded the Ethical AI Governance Group (www.EAIGG.org), a global community of over 5,000 AI practitioners committed to democratizing AI innovation and deployment. Under his leadership, the nonprofit has evolved from Foundational AI Governance to Actionable Deployment. He also leads EAIGG’s advisory board, the Human AI Council, a multidisciplinary group of 20+ tech executives, startup founders, investors, and academics shaping the global dialogue on democratizing AI innovation. Anik is the author of the industry’s first AI Native Playbook for Startup Founders. Anik’s AI investments include Drishti, Fiddler.ai, WorkHelix, Asenion, Constella Intelligence, and Webscale Networks.

Before co-founding BGV, Anik spent seven years as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at 3Com. There, he managed a $250M corporate venture fund, led a 20-member investment and business development team, and oversaw more than $1.5Bn in M&A and spin-out transactions. One of his most significant achievements was leading the creation and launch of H3C, a joint venture between 3Com and Huawei. Under his guidance, H3C became the fastest-growing enterprise networking company in Asia, achieving $500M in annual revenue and a $1.8B valuation in four years.

Anik holds an MBA from Boston College and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi.

Anna Felländer is Leading the Ethical AI Governance Group in Europe. Anna Felländer has been engaged with Responsible AI from a policy, start-up, organisational and academic perspective since 2016. She previously served as Chief Economist at Swedbank and worked for a decade in the Swedish Government, including roles at the Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister’s Office. Felländer has held academic positions as an affiliated researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology and has served as a Senior Advisor to BCG and to the Minister of Digitalization. She’s been on the boards of several companies and organizations in the AI sector and was an early investor in Sana Labs. She is recognized as one of Sweden’s leading experts on the business, economical, societal, and legal impacts of artificial intelligence.

Anna’s multidisciplinary research group at the Royal Institute of Technology was the origin to anch.AI. Anna founded anch.AI in 2018 to investigate the ethical, legal and societal ramifications of AI. The anch.AI platform is an insight engine with a unique methodology for screening, assessing, mitigating, auditing and reporting exposure to ethical risk in AI solutions.

In June 2025, anch.AI was acquired by Fairly AI and together they became Asenion – a reliable fast track to the AI Act and beyond, with the vision to make good a universal. The new Asenion platform allows enterprises to assess and mitigate risks associated with their AI models and data practices.
