The opening of Global Startup EXPO 2026 (GSE2026) is just around the corner!

We have received an overwhelming number of registrations for our talk sessions featuring leading innovators and industry trailblazers from a wide range of fields. With sessions reaching full capacity one after another, we are delighted by the tremendous level of interest and enthusiasm from participants around the world.

Today, we would like to share some important information for those attending talk sessions, as well as several tips to help you make the most of your GSE2026 experience.

■ For Participants with Session Reservations

Please note that if you have not arrived by the session start time, we may be unable to honor your reservation and guarantee your seat.

As we expect a large number of attendees, we strongly encourage you to arrive at the venue well in advance of your session start time.

■ For Those Unable to Reserve a Session or Considering Attending on the Day

If the session you wanted to attend was already full, or if your schedule opens up during the event, don’t worry.

Participants without advance reservations will be admitted subject to seat availability on the day of the session.

Please note that advance reservations are given priority. If seats are currently available for a session you wish to attend, we recommend reserving your spot in advance.

This is a unique opportunity to experience the excitement, energy, and insights that only these highly anticipated sessions can offer. We encourage you to arrive early and join us.
