A startup from Kyoto University, we are the only company in the world advancing the commercialization of α-Ga₂O₃ (GaO®) power devices. Our primary target is the power conversion market, including data centers and electrification. Through MistDry® technology and the world’s first p-type layer, we achieve both material performance surpassing SiC and low cost. In addition to energy savings during use, which are emphasized by other companies, our Semiconductor Ecology® concept seeks to reduce environmental impact, including resource savings in the manufacturing process. Major companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, DENSO, and Daikin are among our shareholders. We are currently advancing the development of a 1200V MOSFET adopted under the A-STEP program.
